Designed for a thirteen doctor practice with specialties in reproduction, surgery, dental care, avian & exotics, and alternative medicine the 23,000 square foot hospital incorporates 19 exam rooms, an eight-table treatment room centrally located to the Intensive Care Unit, 4 O.R.s, a two table dental room, and laboratory. The surgical suites include an observation room for clients or teaching opportunities. The plan includes digital imaging, a CT scanner, ultrasound and endoscopy; a rehab area with a water treadmill and a separate wing entirely dedicated to reproduction. In addition to its fully equipped in-house lab, the plan includes a full service outsource laboratory. In 2020 the facility expanded an additional 10,000 square feet adding exam rooms, surgeries, a large ICU/post-op, and rehab center complete with indoor therapy pool.
