Niles Veterinary Clinic, Niles, Ohio

This project represents our third project for Niles Veterinary Clinic. After retrofitting an existing service station into a satellite clinic for the original owners, the new owners commissioned Copich & Associates to design a major addition to the facility. Five years later, the flourishing practice outgrew the lot’s capacity and again retained our firm to design this seven-exam room, 7,800-square-foot, full service facility.
